Honorouble CAT Ernakulam vacated the stay on approval of CPSU Cadre Hirearchy proposal and allowed BSNL Board to take decision and publish it. The MA dismissed accrodingly.

Now it is the right time to vigorously pursue with the BSNL Management to set right the damages caused by SNEA to the agreed proposals of Khan Committee Report.
